Суп с Говядиной и Баклажанами

Простой и очень легкий супчик.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Мясо залить 2 л. воды, довести до кипения, снять пену, посолить и варить 40 мин. Бульон процедить.
  2. Баклажан нарезать кубиками, посолить и обжарить на масле.
  3. Лук и перец нашинковать и обжарить на масле.
  4. В бульон положить фасоль, горошек, баклажаны, лук и перец, варить еще 20 минут.
  5. Заправить специями, дать настояться, подавать со сметаной.
