Суп с Говядиной и Баклажанами
Простой и очень легкий супчик.
Ingredients
Directions
- Мясо залить 2 л. воды, довести до кипения, снять пену, посолить и варить 40 мин. Бульон процедить.
- Баклажан нарезать кубиками, посолить и обжарить на масле.
- Лук и перец нашинковать и обжарить на масле.
- В бульон положить фасоль, горошек, баклажаны, лук и перец, варить еще 20 минут.
- Заправить специями, дать настояться, подавать со сметаной.
