Directions

  1. Se mezclan todos los ingredientes secos.
  2. Se agrega la cucharada de aceite de oliva y la taza de agua caliente, se amasa hasta lograr una mezcla homogénea.
  3. Se tapa la masa con plástico y se deja reposar por 10 minutos.
  4. Se divide en seis porciones y se forman las tortillas y se aplanan en la tortilladora para cocerlas en el sartén a fuego medio.
