Cannellonis de Poivrons Rouge
Des poivrons farcis au carré frais.
Ingredients
Directions
- Griller les poivrons rouges à four chaud pendant 30mn pour retirer la peau (les enfermer chaud dans un récipient hermétique et laisser refroidir).
- Ecraser les carrés frais avec le persil, sel et poivre.
- Eplucher les poivrons refroidis et les ouvrir en deux sans les déchirer, les farcir de préparation au fromage et les rouler.
- Placer dans un plat, décorer de feuilles de basilic et ahjouter l'huile d'olive. Réserver au frais.
