Ingredients

Directions

  1. Couper les légumes en des.
  2. Faire revenir l'oignon et l'ail dans une cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive.
  3. Mettre le reste des légumes ainsi que la pulpe de tomate et laisser mijoter.
  4. Assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre et du piment.
  5. Casser les oeufs dans le plat et laissez cuire jusqu'à coagulation du blanc.
  6. Dégustez.
