Eingelegte Heringe mit Pellkartoffeln

Directions

  1. Matjes gut wässern, waschen, trocken tupfen und in ca 2 cm große Stücke schneiden, Apfel und Zwiebel schälen und in kleine Würfel schneiden.
  2. Alles in eine Schüssel geben, die Sahne dazu und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und im Kühlschrank für eine halbe Stunde etwa ziehen lassen.
  3. Kartoffeln waschen und im Kochtopf ca 35 Minuten garkochen. Alles zusammen servieren.
