Lekker frisse salade om mee te lunchen of voor bij de avondmaaltijd.

Directions
- Alle groenten en appel fijnsnijden en in een kom doen. Let op: prei in flinterdunne ringen snijden.
- Yoghurt, citroensap en olijfolie er overheen druppelen. Op smaak brengen met zou en peper. Alles goed door elkaar mengen.
- Salade losjes op een bord verdelen. Walnoten grof hakken en strooien over salade.
