Quiche aux Poireaux

Quiche salée saine à base de poireaux.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Couper en rondelles les poireaux et les faire revenir 5 à 10 minutes avec les lardons.
  2. Mélanger l'œuf la crème et l'emmental râpé.
  3. Placet la pâte feuilletée dans un moule à tarte et faire des trois à l'aide de la fourchette.
  4. Ajouter sur la pâte les poireaux et les lardons ainsi que le mélange avec ma crème.
  5. Cuire au four à 180° durant 35 minutes environ.
  6. Savourez.
