Poivrons au four farcis au fromage et sauce pesto.

Directions
- Couper et vider les poivrons en deux.
- Mélanger la ricotta avec le pesto.
- Farcir les poivrons avec ce mélange .
- Ajouter de la ciboulette et un peu d'emmental râpé.
- Cuire au four à 180° environ 20/25 minutes.
