Poivrons au four farcis au fromage et sauce pesto.

Directions

  1. Couper et vider les poivrons en deux.
  2. Mélanger la ricotta avec le pesto.
  3. Farcir les poivrons avec ce mélange .
  4. Ajouter de la ciboulette et un peu d'emmental râpé.
  5. Cuire au four à 180° environ 20/25 minutes.
