Doce de Abóbora

Rapidinho, gostoso e de baixa caloria.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Descasque a abóbora moranga. 4 gomos de uma moranga grande e cozinhe na panela de pressão por 10 minutos. Escoe.
  2. Acrescente uma colher de sobremesa de adoçante (50 gotas) e 50 gramas de coco ralado. Cozinhe apertando os pedaços até que fique um purê bem firme.
  3. Coloque para gelar.
