Omelette Parfaite

Avec des oignons, champignons, avocat, persil .

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Épeler l'oignon, les champions et l'avocat.
  2. Découper tous les légumes.
  3. Faire cuire sur une poêle sèche les oignons et les champignons.
  4. Mélanger les œufs avec la crème et mettre sur la poêle avec les oignons et les champignons.
  5. Découper ou râper le fromage et ajouter sur les œufs. Fermer avec un couvercle pour 2 minutes à petit feu.
  6. Ajouter l'avocat et le persil. Renfermer avec le couvercle, éteindre le feu, laisser pour 2 minutes et l'omelette est prête.
