Nuggets de Poulet Light

Des nuggets croustillants au poulet allégés en matière grasse.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mixer les blancs de poulet avec les carrés frais. Saler, Poivrer et selon les goûts, vous pouvez rajouter du curry, du paprika, du tabasco.
  2. Formez vos boules de nuggets.
  3. Dans une assiette versez, la Maizena, dans une seconde assiette battre légèrement les blancs d'oeufs et dans une 3ème assiette les biscottes que vous aurez préalablement mixé.
  4. Roulez vos nuggets dans la Maizena, ensuite ans les blancs d'oeufs et enfin dans la "chapelure" de biscottes. Déposez sur une plaque de cuisson que vous aurez recouvert de papier sulfurisé.
  5. Enfourner 30 minutes à 180°, surveillez que vos nuggets soient bien dorés.
