Helado Exótico Proteico

Helado bajo en grasas, rico y suave que disfrutarás.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cortar las frutas en rodajas y ponerlas en la licuadora.
  2. Agregue PDM, 3 cubitos de hielo y agua. Licúa todo hasta que quede suave.
  3. Vierta la mezcla en un recipiente con tapa y congele durante 4 horas.
  4. Sirve y disfruta. Se puede servir como snack de media mañana o media tarde.
