Berinjela ao Forno

Fácil e rápido.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Untar a frigideira com margarina. Colocar as berinjelas fatiadas no comprimento e levar ao forno por 15 minutos.
  2. Depois de retirar do forno, colocar molho de tomate, mussarela, tomate picado e orégano. Tudo à gosto. Levar ao forno até o queijo derreter.
  3. Há a opção de passar a margarina na berinjela e untá-la com farinha de trigo.
  4. Outra opção é colocar carne moída antes do queijo.
