Hamburgão de Carne

Carne moída com temperos. Ideal para quem quer fazer a dieta da proteína.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Ferver as folhas do espinafre, e deixar limpo. Picar todos itens: Cebola, tomate, cebolinha e espinafre.
  2. Misturar a carne, os 3 ovos e os temperos já picados. Colocar no final a farinha de linhaça e quinoa.
  3. Com uma colher tirar a medida pra fazer um hamburgão, e embrulhar o mesmo num papel celofane pra dar o formato e facilitar o armazenamento.
  4. Quando quiser prepará-lo, ao descongelar, cozinhar ele no bafo. Isso preserva muito o sabor dos temperos e da carne.
  5. Se preferir, pode recheá-lo com alguns ingredientes (queijo/bacon/linguiça).
