Keto Spinach Quiche with Crust
Low carb, super nutritious and easy to make.
Ingredients
Directions
- First, make the crust, by mixing the coconut and almond flour together with water and butter. Press into a pie dish and bake at 180 Celsius for 15 min. Let it cool down.
- Blend eggs, cream cheese and salt in a blender. Pour the mixture onto the pie crust. Spread the spinach (cooked or frozen and thawed) on top. Sprinkle feta over the top.
- Bake in the oven at 180 Celsius for 25-30 min or until the centre is firm.
