A simple sauce with cheese and chicken.

Directions
- Melt the butter on low to medium heat.
- When the butter is completely melted, add the flour and make sure there are no lumps.
- Add the milk and let it come to a boil at low heat. Stir often.
- Chop the chicken to small bite size pieces.
- Add the mozzarella and let it melt, keep on a low heat until the cheese is no longer "stringy".
- Add the chopped chicken and the parmesan cheese, and stir it in.
- Serve with pasta and a salad.
