Directions
- Zwiebeln und Lauch klein schneiden.
- Beides in Topf anbraten. Inzwischen den Brokkoli in kleine Röschen schneiden.
- Brühe und Brokkoli in Topf zu angebratenen Zwiebel/Lauch zufügen.
- Alles 20 min kochen lassen.
- Topf vom Herd nehmen und mit Pürierstab pürieren. Halbe Flasche Cremfine und Pfeffer und Salz und Muskat hinzugeben.
