Sup Sehat

Perpaduan sayur dan lauk kaya gizi.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Potong2 semua bahan sesuai selera.
  2. Rebus telur puyuh dan kupas.
  3. Rebus 750mL air.
  4. Geprek bawang putih dan masukkan k air yang telah mendidih.
  5. Masukkan wortel, buncis, brokoli ke dalam air.
  6. Biarkan 1/2 lunak dan masukkan sosis, jamur, telur puyuh.
  7. Bumbui dengan kaldu jamur dan lada putih. Koreksi rasa (bisa d tambahkan gula, garam, dll sesuai keinginan. Kalori perlu d tambahkn untuk modifikasi).
  8. Tambahkan irisan bawang daun (saya pakai yang putih) dan siap d hidangkan.
