Directions
- Blender bawang merah, bawang putih, cengek, kencur/cikur dan air, atau bisa di uleg.
- Tumis bumbu (di teflon anti lengket) sampai airnya surut, (biar gak pait), terus jangan tambah minyak.
- Lalu masukan air dan telur, tunggu sampai matang. Bisa tambah daun jeruk biar wangi.
- Tambah mie shirataki dan pakcoy.
- Masukan gula tropicana dan garam sesuai selera.
- Cicipi, tunggu sampai airnya agak surut.
- Selesai.
