Brocoli y Champiñones con Cebolla

Una receta de cena rápida y ligera.

Directions

  1. Prepara los ingredientes: lava el brócoli y córtalo en ramilletes, también lava los champiñones y córtalos en láminas o por la mitad. Por último, pica la cebolla finamente.
  2. En una sartén, echa un poquito de aceite de oliva.
  3. Vierte en la sartén la cebolla y los champiñones. Cocina a fuego medio durante 5 minutos.
  4. Pasado ese tiempo, añade el brócoli y echa sal a las verduras. Cocina 3-4 minutos más y listo para comer.
