올리브오일100%로 집에서 만드는 마요네즈.

Directions

  1. 상온의 달걀 2알, 설탕,레몬즙,오일 5방울을 깊은 그릇에 넣고 핸드블랜더를 돌려준다.
  2. 올리브오일을 조금넣고 핸드블랜드를 돌리며 또 올리브오일을 조금넣고 돌리고 반복한다.
  3. 마지막에 맛을보고 레몬즙을 추가하여 섞어준다.
  4. 그릇에 담아 냉장고에 보관한다.
