I loved this recipe. I am not much of an scrambled egg fan so this def. hit the spot for a new egg recipe. I just scrambled 1 egg 1 packet of splenda and a dash of cinnamon.

I pretty much do this every morning but instead of 4 eggs I use 1 Omega 3 Egg and add Egg Beaters to make up the difference.

This was really nice! I didn't miss the bread at all! I added a bit of skimmed milk and a pinch of low sodium salt to it and topped it off with a drizzle of golden syrup

I used 2 eggs, packet of splenda, 1/8 tsp of vanilla, and cinnamon. Really delicious.

Bleh, we did not like this. It didn't taste sweet enough; perhaps it would with a sugar free syrup. We did have melted butter with a little Splenda and cinnamon to pour over it. I might've overcooked it? It seemed a little tough. Better cooking instructions would be good.
