Directions
- Cut the chicken into strips.
- Toss the chicken with the fajita seasoning and heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan.
- Add the chicken and stir fry for 10 minutes. Add the lime juice.
- Fill the taco shells with the chicken, lettuce and salsa and top with the mayonnaise mixed with the pepper sauce.

Taco shells not good for South Beach..but if you used whole wheat tortillas it would be acceptable for level two, and it sounds pretty tasty!
