Maple Balsamic Pork Tenderloin
A sweet and very flavorful pork dish.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Slice pork tenderloins crosswise into 1" rounds. Lightly sprinkle both sides of the medallions with salt and pepper; press both sides into the flour.
- Put enough olive oil in a large non-stick skillet to coat the bottom of the pan; heat over medium heat.
- Add the pork medallions and brown for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove the medallions to a plate.
- Add the mushrooms and green onions to the pan. Cook until mushrooms are just tender.
- Meanwhile, combine the glaze ingredients. Put the pork tenderloin back in the skillet and pour glaze over all; stir to coat all pieces of pork.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once. (If the skillet is not ovenproof, transfer everything to a baking pan.)
- Serve pork with glaze.

Made this twice now and the wife and kids loved it each time. I will be making it again, and again, and again for sure. Certainly one of the family's new favorite dishes.

Very tasty! I might try adding a little celery. I served this over bed of brown rice and could have used more of the glaze so I might increase it the next time. My wife really liked it so there will be a next time.

Loved this! And so did my husband. Next time I would cook it for maybe 5 min less, it was just a touch tough, but my oven runs hot so that's probably just me.

This is probably my favorite pork recipe so far. My boyfriend and I are both in love with it and we try to make it once every few weeks.
