Slow Cooker Turkey Joes
Turkey Joes made in the slow cooker.
Ingredients
Directions
- In non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add turkey and onion. Cook (stir occasionally) until turkey is no longer pink. Drain.
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker combine remaining ingredients except buns.
- Stir in turkey mixture.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 5 hours.
- Fill buns with 1/3 cup of the finished product.
