Grelos Salteados em Azeite e Alho

Bem fácil e agradável.

Directions

  1. Arranje os grelos tirando os talos mais grossos, corte-os e lave.
  2. Escaldar os grelos em água a ferver para ser mais rápido de cozinhar e ficarem mais tenros. Escorra bem a água antes de os colocar na frigideira.
  3. Coloque o azeite numa frigideira, deixe aquecer ligeiramente, coloque os alhos. Deixe o alho refogar por 1 ou 2 minutos para dar sabor e junte os grelos.
  4. Tempere com sal e vinagre e deixe cozinhar até estarem tenros.
