Quiche

A l'apéro ou en plat principal le soir accompagné d'une salade.

Directions

  1. Étaler la pâte et la précuire 15 min.
  2. Couper la poitrine fumée et la précuire dans une casserole très chaude pour la dégraisser. La laisser ensuite refroidir sur du papier absorbant.
  3. Dans un bol, mélanger les œufs, le petit suisse, le lait, le sel et le poivre.
  4. Quand la pâte est précuire, la sortir du four, étaler la poitrine dégraissée et recouvrir de l'appareil.
  5. Remettre dans le four pour 25 min.
  6. Bon appétit.
