Directions

  1. Замочить мясо на 10-20 минут, как написано на упаковке.
  2. Лук нарезать, морковь перетереть на крупной тёрке и обжарить это до помягчения.
  3. Добавьте мясо в сковороду, и обжаривайте.
  4. Когда слегка все обжарится (7-10мин) добавить томат и 2 ст.ложки томатной пасты, тушить на медленном огне 10мин.
