Directions

  1. Взбить белок до крепких пиков.
  2. Остальные ингредиенты смешать, взбить.
  3. Смешать белки с творожной массой.
  4. Выложить в форму, запекать на 180 гр 45 мин.

очень вкусная, нежная, прямо во рту тает, вместо сахара положила фруктозу, перед запеканием посыпала запеканку кокосовой стружкой, суфле понравилось даже больше, чем обычная творожная запеканка и калорий меньше, т.к. не надо добавлять ни манку, ни муку

Если заменить сахар на заменитель, то ккал значительно снизится :)
