Печень Говяжья со Сметаной
Тушеная печень.
Ingredients
Directions
- Печень обмыть, очистить от протоков и пленки, обсушить и нарезать кусочками. Добавить соль, перец и дать настоятся 5 минут.
- Лук очистить и нарезать полукольцами.
- Сковороду разогреть, влить масло и обжарить лук до прозрачности, добавить печень и жарить еще 5 минут на среднем огне.
- Сметану смешать с водой и мукой, добавить к печени и луку, тушить на медленном огне 20 минут.
