- Ralar o queijo; a cenoura; picar a azeitona; fazer farinha com a castanha de caju e reservar.
- Misturar todos os ingredientes em um bowl, exceto fermento, ovo e água.
- Bater os ovos a mão mesmo, em uma vasilha separada, apenas para misturar gema e clara. Depois colocar na massa e misturar.
- Polvilhar o fermento em cima da massa e colocar a água, e mistura tudo.
- Colocar em formas de cupcake.
- Assar em forno pré-aquecido a 200c por 40 minutos.
