Патиссон Тушеный с Овощами

Такое легкое овощное рагу из тушеных патиссонов с луком и морковью можно подать к мясу или как самостоятельное блюдо.

Directions

  1. Чистить овощи и нарезать все брусочками. Нагреть сковороду (лучше использовать Вок). Налить масло 2 ст. ложки и добавить чеснок, чтобы масло вобрало его вкус. После этого сложить все овощи.
  2. Подавать как самостоятельное блюдо с йогуртом и или со сметаной.
