  1. Замочить пшеничные отруби в кипятке, накрыть крышкой, ждать 10-15 минут.
  2. Вбить в отруби яичный белок, добавить кефир и сахзам.
  3. Разлить по формам, выпекать в микроволновой печи 5 минут при высокой температуре.
