Avocadomayonaise

Avocadomayonaise, een alternatief voor gewone mayonaise.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Snijd de avocado doormidden en lepel hem uit. Voeg 50gr mayonaise toe (eigenlijk zoveel/weinig als je maar wilt). Voeg citroen toe (eigenlijk ook naar smaak) Pers knoflook erbij.
  2. Alles met de mixer even mengen. Klaar. Zout en peper naar smaak toevoegen.
