Полезные оладушки с молотым бурым рисом.

Directions

  1. Очистить лук, бурый рис перемолоть в кофемолке, печень нарезать кусочками, промыть в проточной воде.
  2. Печень, лук перемолоть в блендере, добавить яйца, перемолотый рис, соль, перец чёрный молотый по вкусу.
  3. Жарить на сковороде с антипригарным покрытием с минимальным добавлением подсолнечного масла.
