Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bater todos os ingredientes juntos até ficar um creme, cerca de 1 minuto.
  2. Deitar o creme num recipiente com cerca de 10x15cm e levar ao micro-ondas durante 3 minutos.
  3. Retirar do micro-ondas, rechear com low carb a gosto e levar á tostadeira ou frigideira até tostar.
  4. NOTA: não é preciso colocar gordura na tostadeira ou frigideira.

Delicia! Já conhecia o panini na dieta do Dr. Atkins, mas n imaginava que daria certo sem a farinha de aveia! Perfeito! Só uma observação: 1 colher de sopa de fermento não é muito? Usei só uma de chá e funcionou beleza! Obrigada!
