Avocado Mayonaise

Dit is een lekkere frisse saus voor bij friet, vlees of zalm. Maar kan ook prima gebruikt worden in plaats van boter op je brood of als dipsaus.

Directions

  1. Alle ingrediënten met de staafmixer mixer behalve de avocado.
  2. De avocado pellen en bij de mayonaise doen.
  3. Verder mixen.

vervang de 150 ml zonnebloemolie door kokosolie en het is ideaal voor keto

Opletten: voor gebruik in 50 porties. Lijkt me OK. Ik ga Himalaya-zout of een andere gekleurde zout gebruiken.
