Filé de Tilápia ao Molho Mediterrâneo

Filé de tilápia assada ao forno ao molho de azeite, alcaparras, champignon, azeitona e tomate cereja.

  1. Temperar a tilápia com sal, ervas finas e azeite. Leve ao forno a 160°C por 20 minutos. Dessalgar as alcaparras em água quente. Em uma panela, coloque o azeite, os tomates fatiados em rodelas, a alcaparras a azeitona e o champignon fatiadas em rodelas e tempere a gosto. Monte o prato colocando o peixe assado e sobre ele o molho mediterrâneo. Finalize com salsinha e manjericão frescos.
