Mousse de Courgette

Réalisation facile et rapide.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Couper la courgette en rondelle et en mettre 16 de côté.
  2. Cuire le reste de la courgette à la vapeur pendant 10min environ.
  3. Mixer la courgette y ajouter la crème, le sel, le poivre, le basilic et le vinaigre.
  4. Mixer à nouveau quelques secondes.
  5. Battre les blancs en neige et les incorporer à la préparation à la courgette.
  6. Dresser dans quatre verres en alternance couche de mousse et deux rondelles de courgettes
  7. Laisser reposer au frais au moins une heure.
