Ensalada de Lentejas

Es una deliciosa ensalada de lentejas exquisita y muy saludable.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Poner los huevos a hervir, mientras, Lavar las zanahorias, enjuagar las lentejas y lavar el tomate.
  2. Poner las lentejas en un bowl. Pelar y cortar las zanahorias y el tomate y añadir a las lentejas.
  3. Abrir el queso, cortar a trocitos y añadirlo a la ensalada.
  4. Sacar los huevos, ponerlos en agua muy fría, pelarlos, cortarlos y añadirlos a la ensalada.
  5. Aliñar al gusto y disfrutar de una ensalada rápida y fácil de legumbres.
