Directions
- Poner huevo a cocer (8/10 mins aprox).
- Poner a tostar las dos rebanadas de pan (bien tostadas).
- Cortar los tomates en 4 partes y verter en recipiente o directamente en el vaso de la batidora.
- Añadir al recipiente sal, aceite, ajo y vinagre.
- Batir hasta que quede bien liso.
- Añadir el pan tostado troceado y batir de nuevo.
- Verter en el plato la mezcla y añadir el huevo cocido previamente picado y listo.

Si le quitas el vinagre y cambias el pan tostado por pan duro (basta con dejarlo fuera la noche antes) tienes salmorejo 100% ajustado a la receta real.
