Fonds d'Artichauts Farcis au Chèvre

Fond d'artichaut avec crottin de chèvre, lamelles de tomate et jambon.

Directions

  1. Disposer les fonds d'artichauts dans un plat, poser les tranches de chèvre, ajouter la tomate coupée en dés et le jambon couper en lamelles.
  2. Saler, poivrer, quelques herbes de provence et une goutte d'huile sur chaque chèvre. Mettre au four 10 à 15mn à 200°.
