Eiersalade

Zelfgemaakte eiersalade met beenham en mayonaise.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Kook en pel de eieren (moeten hard gekookt zijn). Snijd de ham in kleine blokjes. Doe de eieren in een grote kom/schaal en snijd met mes en vork in grove stukken. Voeg de ham en mayonaise toe. Roer deze er goed doorheen. Breng op smaak met peper, zout en eventueel bieslook (zonder bieslook ook erg lekker). Bewaar in afgedekte schaal in de koelkast.
