Cloud Bread

Kohlenhydrat-arme und Eiweiß-reiche Alternative zu Brot.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Backofen auf ca 150°C vorheizen. Eiweiß mit Backpulver steif schlagen.
  2. Eigelb mit dem Quark und den Gewürzen (Salz, Knoblauch, Paprika, Kreuzkümmel, etc...) verrühren. Die Masse vorsichtig unter das Eiweiß heben.
  3. Ca. 20 min backen.
