Szybka i smaczna surówka, pasująca do wielu dań.

  1. Por, opłukać i cienko pokroić. Można go sparzyć gorącą wodą, wtedy nie jest taki ostry.
  2. Marchewkę, obrać i zetrzeć na tarce na grubych oczkach.
  3. Por, marchewkę i jogurt wymieszać, doprawić solą i pieprzem.
  4. Najlepiej smakuje lekko schłodzona. Można dodatkowo zetrzeć na tarce jabłko i wymieszać z marchewką i porem. Zamiast jogurtu można również dodać śmietanę, ale ma wtedy więcej kalorii.
