Salteado de Brócoli con Jamón

Brócoli cocido y salteado con ajo y jamón.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cocer el brócoli en agua con sal durante diez minutos.
  2. Picar el ajo y hacer el jamón taquitos.
  3. Una vez escurrido el brócoli salteado junto con el ajo y el jamón en una sartén cinco minutos añadiendo sal al gusto.

La he probado y está muy buena y es muy sencilla, pero yo el brocoli lo he hecho al vapor, asi no pierde nada de sus propiedades en al agua y está mucho mas bueno.
