Zdrowe kotleciki z mięsa mielonego z oliwkami.

Directions

  1. Pokroić oliwki, mięso dać do miski, doprawić do smaku (curry, pieprz, sól, papryka, zioła prowansalskie, bazylia, oregano). Wszystko dokładnie wymieszać.
  2. Formować małe kotleciki z mięsa mielonego. Rozgrzać oliwę z oliwek na patelni i smażyć kotlety parę minut z każdej strony.
  3. Rozłożyć ręcznik papierowy i odsączyć tłuszcz z mięsa.
