  1. Молоко и воду налить в кастрюлю, довести до кипения. Плиту переключить на маленький огонь.
  2. Всыпать соль, перемешать. Затем тонкой струйкой тихонько всыпать манку, постоянно помешивая вилкой, чтобы не образовывались комочки.
  3. Через 3 минуты добавить мед, перемешать. Варить еще 3-4 минуты. Выложить на тарелки, в каждую положить кусочек масла.
