Berinjela Recheada

A berinjela recheada é um clássico da culinária caseira.

  1. Corta se a berinjela ao meio, tira se a polpa. Nos barquinhos tempera se com sal, pimenta e salpica se com água. Vai ao microondas 3 minutos.
  2. Grelha se os bifes de fiambre e cortam se aos cubinhos.
  3. Numa frigideira com um pouco de azeite deita se os cogumelos e a polpa da beringela, depois de reduzido, junta se os cubinhos de fiambre tempera se tudo com sal e oregaos e apaga se o lume.
  4. Ao recheio junta se o requeijão e envolve se tudo. Recheia se os barquinhos de beringela e leva se ao forno 10 minutos.
