Humus de Garbanzos

Muy fácil de preparar.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cocer los garbanzos en abundante agua por 50 minutos.
  2. Una vez cocidos colocar en la juguera, agregar todos los condimentos y licuar agregando liquido de la coccion a gusto personal hasta formar un pure o pasta.
  3. Vaciar en un tazón o plato y espolvorear un de perejil.
  4. Servir frio con galletitas o acompañando verduras o carnes.
