Humus de Garbanzos
Muy fácil de preparar.

Directions
- Cocer los garbanzos en abundante agua por 50 minutos.
- Una vez cocidos colocar en la juguera, agregar todos los condimentos y licuar agregando liquido de la coccion a gusto personal hasta formar un pure o pasta.
- Vaciar en un tazón o plato y espolvorear un de perejil.
- Servir frio con galletitas o acompañando verduras o carnes.
